I had heard he ran the San Diego marathon last year, where he had muscle 
cramps and struggled to finish.  I didn't know he'd run 2 more.  Roger 
says he needs a 3:30 to qualify for Boston, but that's not until he 
turns 45 later this year.

I've still got his best time beat by 9 minutes, by the way.  :-)  With 
the speed work he's doing in addition to the long training runs I don't 
think that'll last though.

An unmentioned point I find interesting is that most NFL backs knees are 
pretty beat up.  Very few long-time NFL backs could stand up to 26 
miles.  Lots of them can't walk without a limp.
