If I could make one change in the BCS system it would be to not allow any 
polling [voting or releasing results] until all teams had played at least 4 
games.  A great team that isn't rated in the opening polls is at a 
tremendous disadvantage in getting to the championship game.  Conversely if 
you start out number one you are likely to stay there even though there may 
be more deserving teams.
