This would come as no surprise.  After Lucky gave his verbal commit, it was
hinted/implied in at least one SoCal paper that PC had not given up on
Lucky.
The Bad News is that it is only a verbal commit.  The Good News, if we keep
him, is that we might get a future star, considering that USC wants him so
bad.
