6-5 is apparently not considered a winning year at Notre Dame.
I wonder if Husker fans would trade 2004 season records with Notre Dame?
Before Mario Puzo changed the idiom, it was said that there are two
offers you cannot say 'no' to. One is if the President asks you if
you would accept an appointment to the Supreme Court. The other is
when Notre Dame asks you to interview for the job of head football coach.
I wonder if the 2nd of those is still true?
