Speculation in the Chicago media has Utah's Urban Meyer as the early
favorite for the position. When Meyer was mentioned for the Nebraska
job last year, didn't he say something about not wanting to go to a
school that would fire its coach with a winning record? Willingham had
a winning record this season and a winning record during his 3-year
Irish career. IF Meyer takes the Irish job, I wonder how he'll explain
it away.
