Very good observation.  Joe Dailey, and I respect him because he tried his 
guts out, was not a very good QB.  I agree totally with your observation 
concerning his quickness and speed.  I initially thought he had some--as it 
turns out, Joe is not quick and not very fast as evidenced by by D-linemen 
running him down consistently alll season.

Can you imagine him trying to run the option??  Joe is much slower than J. 
Lord and likely slower than S. Frost.  Comparing Joe to E. Crouch is no 
comparison at all.
