This is an interesting observation. I wanted to believe what Callahan
has been stating publicly at every opportunity since he came to town,
that his intention was to win this year, that he wanted to do everything
possible to give the seniors a successful season. It makes more sense
that implementing his system was goal #1 and winning didn't matter
nearly as much.

Here's a short list of "goals" for Callahan and company to attain in
2005 (just my wish list):

1. Get plays into the huddle faster, establish a system to call plays
which doesn't require the QB to run to the sideline between each play.
2. Change the defensive philosophy from "passive/reactive" to
"aggresive/attacking".
3. Adapt game plans during games (between series, half-time
adjustments, etc.)
