I still stand by that. But, it depends on what the goal is. If you are to have a winning/competitive season then you have to adjust to your personnel. You have to go with what your personnel can do best. If your goal isn't necessarily that but to implement your system as quickly as possible no matter what the outcome of the game is then you have to do what Callahan did. I want to clarify that I don't necessarily agree with Callahan if in fact that is what he did. The biggest reason I am going to give him some rope at this point is because theoretically he didn't have the right people to run his system in place. When he gets that, which should be about his third year when his first recruits are juniors, I will judge more rigidly.
