It is possible to disagree with the coaching changes made a year ago AND
to want the Huskers to win every game this season. I know I fit into
that category.
Is there anyone out there (on this list) that actually wanted the
Huskers to fail this year?

The talent looked about even to me.

In my opinion, the biggest improvement can be made on the defensive side
of the ball.
I would like to see the Huskers return to an attacking/aggessive style
of defense,
similar to the defensive schemes used in the '90s and again last year.
Bring the corners
up close to the line of scrimmage, use smaller/quicker OLBs, disguise
blitzes, etc.

Colorado could have dumped the ball off to their slot receiver 40 times
today and gained 5 yards each time
because there wasn't a defender within 10 yards of him. It wouldn't
make a difference if Ty Law
and Champ Bailey were our corners, if they are 10 yards off the ball
they can't stop that play.
Why the Buffs didn't call that play more often is a mystery to me.
