To answer your question, I like Irving Fryar a lot and he was a great Husker. Anyone on this list think Horne has lived up to expecations? My point with the dropped pass was that this guy has not been the same since. He started off great mid-way through his freshman season and done little since. I would be happy to see him transfer. Why come back for your senior season if you are going to be a bench warmer? Maybe he's in it for the education, but I wouldn't bet on it.
I have 2 questions for you, JJ, do think NU is better off with Horne next year? Have you been happy with his performance as a Husker?

Wow this makes me wonder what you and Neal thought of
Irving Fryar? I seem to remember him dropping a pass
against Penn. St. that cost us the game and probably a
MNC. Unbelievable that you guys would draw negative on
a freshmen (at the time he dropped the pass) and not
forgive and forget 2 years later. What would he have
to do to get back in your good graces? I'll bet if he
would have ran for 1,500 or 2,000 yards one of the
last two years you would be singing a different tune.
Give the kid a break I'm sure he's not the biggest
bust NUs ever had. I happen to like Horne and wonder
how much of a chance he's been given this year.
