[Husker] David Horne transfer RUMOR

Great news!!!!   Maybe that worthless waste of space on the bench can go after DeAngelo Evans rushing marks at Emporia State!   Good Riddance!!!!  
 
Horne quit Prep after his freshman year and transferred to Central when he saw that Stevie Hicks was better than him.  Now he has about 5 rbs ahead of him at NU.

contacting schools to gauge interest, and that
Northern Iowa has already been contacted.

For those people who actively follow recruiting, Horne
has been a major disappointment. After burning his
redshirt in the middle of the 2002 season, he had
several 100 yard games and saw significant playing
time. Last season, he really only had one good game,
gaining over 100 yards against Missouri and fell to
third string by the end of the season. Horne never
really lived up to his recruiting ranking, some of
which listed him as one of the Top 5 running backs in
the country. (Something to keep in mind as recruiting
heats up...)
