[Husker] BCS Moving to Fox (fwd)

Maybe the situation has changed, but I thought they were adding a 5th 
bowl as a concession to the non-BCS schools, that the existing 4 bowls kept
their slots in the rotation schedule, that it hadn't been decided 
yet whether the 5th BCS bowl was to be contracted to an existing bowl or 
a new one and that the 5th bowl would NOT host the BCS championship game.

ABC pulling out of the bidding was a bit of a surprise.
