Did you mean a "downtrodden" 10-3 team?   That is the record of the team 
Callahan inherited, not 7-7.  A 360 degree turnaround, back to 10-3, two 
years from now (2006) would be considered a successful season and allow 
Callahan to keep his job, in my opinion.
