This is nothing new. TO told many salt of the earth, foundation of the
program, grew up wanting to be Cornhuskers, that their services would not be
required.

TO had starters quit because he had made football no fun, it was a business.

It would have been interesting for the press to interview some of the
players who left under Solich to hear what they had to say about his
program.

Those former players knew there would not be an audience for them to speak
against TO. With the dissension around the current staff there is an
awareness that there is an audience willing to listen.

Remember very few of us didn't play because we weren't good enough.
