     Probably not.  But the credibility becomes questionable when they 
choose to rip the program through the press.  It just gives the 
appearance of nothing more than a disgruntled "employee" even if they 
are dead right.  I don't think a player would leave and question the 
traditions and etc. if he was garnering a lot of playing time.  It is 
usually someone that didn't play as much as they thought they should.
