In any organization when change occurs, you are going to have some fall
out. Some people just aren't going to like the changes. I've always
believed if you are not happy where you are, be it at work or play, then
find somewhere you will be happy. Life is too short.

I am disappointed that a couple seemed to find it justified to fire
salvos as they walked out the door. I would hope when they look back in
10 or 20 years that they will find they were being a bit immature.
Anyone that is a supervisor or coach knows they can not and should not
attempt to please everyone. Such a philosophy does nothing but lead to
failure. We wish these young men the best and are certainly sorry to see
them leave but life will go on for them and for the ones who have chosen
to remain in the program.
