[Husker] Another Husker leaving and speaking negatively

Well put Mark. You could also add that a major
difference is that pro players are paid to play the
game. Thats why it has to be treated like a business.
They are there to make their living playing this game.
College kids on the other hand are not. Probably
60-70% or college players are paying their own way to
school and playing football for the love of the game.
90% of all college football players will never play in
the NFL and most of them know that. They are at
college to get a degree so they can make a living
outside of football they are only playing because they
want to. At this level you have to work hard to be
good but at the same time it is still supposed to be
fun for them. If its not fun why would they play. If
it is not fun for NFL players they have to decide
weather or not they want to get a different job or if
they can make the same kind of money doing something
else, college players can just quit, keep going to
school, get their degree and then get a job. As I said
most know they are not going to play after college so
if its not fun why are they going to continue to play?
I think most will lose their love for the game when it
quits being fun.
