While I agree we need to give Callahan more time, I
don't agree that either he or Collier should get x
amount of time.  Instead, like Mike Nolan has said,
can we do better looking forward?  In Collier's case,
the team plays much more fundamentally sound
basketball than they did in the last 4-5 years under
Danny Nee.  That's something to build on.  Good young
players are another reason to give him a little more
leash.

In Callahan's case, recruiting seems to be the SOLE
reason for optimism.  That may wash for another year
or two, but we'll need to see more positives and
fewere negatives in the next couple of years.
