      I understand what you are saying but please give Bill Callahan 4-5 
losing seasons before we climb on his back.  I'll gaurantee you if NU 
goes 5-6 the next three years in football there will be people screaming 
like a stuck bull moose.  However, in basketball we are willing to give 
a guy innumerable amounts of seasons to come through.  There may be some 
nice players coming into the program but this guy has been here FIVE 
years.  Where have the nice players been before?  Just remember when you 
say we have to give them a chance that applies to Callahan's recruits as 
well.  I am talking 5-7 years.
