    Todd, I am not trying to argue, especially at Christmas time.  I 
guess I just don't understand the above statement.  You say he maybe 
wasn't qualified at NU but you would have given him the job.  That is 
precisely why I wouldn't have given him the job, because he wasn't 
qualified. 


     Anyway, I sincerely hope everyone has a great Christmas and a Happy 
New Year.  I have a feeling things will get better.
