     I doubt it but what in the past was "in place" that was any 
different than any other program?  I can really only think of one and 
that was a coach, and pretty much a staff, that was in place for 25 
years.  But, that probably will never happen again anyway.  It is indeed 
rare for a coach to stay at a program for 25 years.  But, I am not sure 
what you mean by "in place."  Maybe with a little more definition I 
could attempt to answer you better.
