     I listened to the Rome rant today and it was like everything went 
right over his head.  Of course Rome thinks he is God's gift to sports 
talk radio anyway but this went right over his head.  If I had been Jim 
Rome I would have buzzed him right off the air as he does some callers.  
He just ranted on and on about how NU is scared of Houston and because 
so will play the likes of Maine.  Rome, get a clue.  It has nothing to 
do with being afraid or not of an opponent.  Rome, read my lips, it has 
everything to do with money.  A home date pays NU more than a trip to 
Houston.  With the new building and no bowl game money takes on a new 
priority.  Romie, you blew it this time.
