Really?  Navy is 9-2 and, unlike the Huskers, is playing in a bowl game.

Now, if you had said ARMY, I might have agreed.  Army used to be a regular
on the Notre Dame schedule, now they're kind of a semi-regular, I guess.  

Some of the storied Notre Dame games were against Army, back in the days
when Army had some pretty good football teams.
