The flip side of that is instead of getting two homes games the possibility exists we may get three. Nebraska typically doesn't have a lot of problem filling it's home schedule. For a lot of teams, a Troy State for instance, the payday and the chance to play in front of 77,000 plus is very enticing.

Maybe I am slow to learn but I am still going to give Pederson some time before I make a decision on what kind of AD he is. One thing that continuously bothers me is the guy when he was at Pittsburgh had a reputation of being a good to very good AD. There is a lot of evidence to back that up. How could that same guy now be clueless? ADs don't forget how to be ADs any more than coaches forget how to coach. This particular deal with Houston sure doesn't look good but is the Houston AD's account of the situation 100% accurate? I really don't know. I would think until contracts are signed I wouldn't count on anything from anyone.
