[Husker] 2005 NU Football Schedule Set

What exactly is Houston alleging? All I've seen is some conclusory
statements about NU's having backed out of a deal. Yet Todd's message
implies that no contract had ever been signed. It sounds like they had no
more than a verbal understanding, and those - as the saying goes - aren't
worth the paper they're printed on. Does anybody know what actually
happened?
