Kenneth- do you suppose Osborne would've been as quick to remove Incognito
from the team? I know a lot of folks used to give TO grief for being to
leinent with players (LP comes to mind). I think Callahan, despite the clear
NFL mentality in every aspect, has done well in this regard so far. This
aspect of his style seems to place the team above all else. I think we will
see the same result with Mr. Horne.

This is another sharp contrast between the Heritage Husker and the Pederson
Huskers. The Pederson approach may work. It is going to be an up or out
thing. This is all going to be about talent and self interest. Where as
TO's approach was team comes first. Excellence in every aspect of the
"program" - academic, everything of the highest integrity, everything done
with class, etc.
