I would bet that they do have these statistics but that they just aren't published. Maybe instead of the Daily Nebraskan running another inevitable story about the lawlessness of the football program they could look into it.

If they are busted by the University Police, then most certainly they would at least have the ability to know. As for students busted by the LPD, I do believe that they have reciprocity when it comes to the records, although I don't know if they actively look at anything other than felonies. 

As an example, I doubt the university does much about students getting possession or fake ID tickets but I am sure that they have some sort of reaction in cases of assault or sexual misconduct, etc.
