I am disappointed to see Texas get in over Cal.  I know, I know, I should be happy because NU gets to share in the extra money.  However, the Rose Bowl is the grandaday of them all and it will be hard looking at all of that baby sh!t orange in the Rose Bowl.

For those of you who saw the Mack Brown interview on
the ABC selection show, what a class guy. A quick
story, if I may. I got the chance to interview Mack
Brown twice during my days at the Daily Nebraskan. The
second time, he said hello, and asked me about
something we talked about a year earlier in our first
interview. Great guy, makes it hard for me to root
against Texas (not that it stops me all the time).

An interesting/hard to believe fact - the Rose Bowl
will be the first-ever meeting between Texas and
Michigan.
