[Husker] A Question for the List...

So now we have to be experts to question play calling?
Well how about all those who brag on our recruiting?
Or those who say that NUs talent level is way down? Do
they have to be experts to comment on that also? Has
anyone on the list had to evaluate talent for a
college football team? If we all had to be experts we
wouldn't have anyone on the list. Most who have wrote
on anything on this list have played, watched or
studyed enough football to know the basics, its not
brain surgery. I have yet to see anyone try to disect
every aspect of any single play they just comment on
basic stuff that only takes basic knowledge of the
game to know. I dont think you have to be an expert to
know that if you leave a reciever uncovered there is a
very good chance that he will catch a pass and
probably score. If you empty the back field there is a
very good chance that you are going to pass. Now if
they want to start talking about the different
blocking schemes on a given play they had better have
some knowledge of the game that most dont have, but I
haven't seen that yet.
