[Husker] Coaching 'the Kids' Severely

There is nothing wrong with an "in your face" style of coaching.  IMO, these 
kids are spoiled versus the way many of us were brought up.  I played under 
Jim Kane at Mt. Michael HS, and he was all over us players.  He made us work 
hard, and it showed on Fridays.  I believe that the lack of inspiration some 
of these kids have shown over the past year or two directly corresponds with 
the coddling they have received in the past.  They probably didn't respond 
to the "new" style because they were expecting something for nothing. 
Remember when Jason Peter came to the locker room a couple of years ago and 
he was all over the players?  Some of the players didn't like that and 
preferred to listen to their headphones than get pumped up for the game. 
New recruits should respond better than the older players, because they 
don't know any other style.
