In any case, I tried to fix the OT7 by power cycling the POE connection and now it gets stuck on connecting... for a few minutes and eventually the screen just turns off. The touchpanel appears to be working because when I press it, it lights up and gives the connecting... screen.

What are my next troubleshooting steps? Any guidance? I assume replacement OT7s are no longer available, and the hole in the wall is too big for anything else.
