Even the programming has not been changed in years.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>Recently we noticed our telephone (land line) was not working. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>Since the line worked at the demarcation box I unplugged the HMS1050 from the RJ31X jack and the line then started working.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>It is consistent, when the HMS1050 is connected to the RJ31X the phone won’t work so it looks like the HMS1050 is seizing the line and not releasing it.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>I contacted HAI about it and they said it sounds like a bad controller but they don’t repair them anymore and don’t supply parts.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>Anyone see this before?
