Hi,<div><br></div><div>I'm at my wit's end trying to get my 8-button controller switch (38A00-2) set up to work with my Omni II panel.</div><div><br></div><div>All the HLC light switches around the house (35A00) have been installed successfully.  I had no trouble configuring them from the Omni console -- putting them in setup mode, then configuring them through the Status menu on the console.</div>
<div><br></div><div>I defined a unit code for the 8-button switch just like the other light switches. I put it into setup mode (by holding 1 and 8), which is confirmed by all 8 lights flashing. But then when I tell the Omni console to configure the new unit code, it times out after a few seconds, reporting "NO MODULE FOUND".</div>
<div><br></div><div>Our installation includes a phase coupler. I've tried factory-defaulting the switch numerous times. I've tried multiple unit codes.   I have the latest firmware (3.8A). Same result every time - NO MODULE FOUND. Reconfiguring other dimmer switch modules still works fine.</div>
<div><br></div><div>Could I possibly have received a bad switch from the factory? Or, what else can I try?</div><div><br></div><div>Thanks for any ideas.</div><div>Justin</div><div><br></div>
