(a filter can be used, but the connection must be configured like a splitter).
If you just filter the line at the OmniLT, you will filter out DSL going to where
it needs to be (i.e. the DSL modem). Take a look in the OmniLT manual for

must not pass through the OmniLT controller. It can cause problems with the

It works ok but, when calling the panel on an in house phone or from an outside
phone, there is a static sound for three or four seconds. The custo<st1:PersonName
w:st="on">me</st1:PersonName>r has DSL internet service and DSL filters on the
two existing phones in the house. Would the DSL be causing the static
when calling the Omni and do I need a DSL filter here also?<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
