lighting products, right? If so, then it should be possible. While I
know I won't be a ton of help here, we do this with AMX, so Crestron should
be able to do it too. With AMX, we can get the current status of a switch
(on/off or current brightness level), display this to the user and allow the
user to control the load (on/off, bright/dim). We can also send LINK
commands, which are basically scenes. It works quite well.

real time feedback when controlling a load. For example, if the load ramp
rate is set to 3.8 seconds, after sending an ON command you'll need to wait 4
seconds before requesting the status or else you will get back a value that is
NOT the final brightness level. </FONT></SPAN></DIV>

<DIV></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Hello,</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>anyone have experiance with HLC over Crestron ? We
would like to integrate our HLC system to a Crestron automation system and we
would like to know what are the possibilities of control.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I noticed a user being listed as Tony Golden and I
beleive he could be the author of a Crestron module for HAI. So Mr Golden, if
this is really you, we are currently working on a job with 17 HAI thermostat to
be controlled on Crestron and I am the designer of HAI system. Two
programmers on our team have already contacted you about that project (Antoine
and Jaysun).</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>That being said, our programmers do not have any
experiance with HLC and Crestron and they are leaning to use Mr Golden Crestron
module. They also reported me that they have seen "units" in the
Crestron program but our main focus right now has been the thermostat not
lighting.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Sorry for this long story but I would like to know
if anyone knows what we can do and what we cannot do with Crestron to control
HLC system.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Thanks</FONT></DIV>
