firmware upgrades, but I don’t recall why. I know one was released to

to an Aegis 3000. They have approximately 50 ALC lighting loads
distributed on 4 loops. The upgrade from the 2000 to 3000 was over 3
years ago, but their 3000 was replaced recently due a problem with output
#8. I don't know what firmware version.</span></font><o:p></o:p></p>

amongst other things, one load will come on for hours at a time and not turn
off, even manually. The light is off if you hold the switch off, but as
soon as you let go, the light comes back on. After a couple of hours, it
seems to operate normally again. I've ruled out a programming problem.</span></font><o:p></o:p></p>

scheduled to go there on Friday, but the customer cannot seem to reproduce the
problem and I'm not confident of any of my theories. Any recommendations
