the server machine firewall, even though it is turned off. No Norton or other
like software installed on any computer on the net. Made no

cooperate with Web-Link, I installed it on a 98SE machine. I can connect just
fine from clients to this machine, BUT, I only get a very generic looking web
page. Not the one that one would expect from Web-Link. Do you know if this is

on all computers on the network and you don't have any antivirus software
providing a firewall, then you should have access to the Web-link server.
What you describe (the server providing the login page, but failure to
communicate further) sure sounds like a block from a firewall. Is the XP
Firewall turned off on ALL computers on the network and are there any Norton or
other Internet security software active?</FONT></DIV>

get the Web-Link Login page. I type in the correct user name and access

Access code is cleared from the dialog boxes. Web-link never serves up the
