Hi all,

I have an OmniPro and a stargate running side by side. I had a
bunch of stuff in my house, internet controlled cameras, talking liquor
cabinet, turn the yard lights on with my cell phone (homeseer), and omni
link on a web server.

...then I moved. Ughh! Talk about hard... try ripping
out 8 years of fussin' about in 2 days. I'm still not used to
having to actually, get this, FLIP A SWITCH when I walk into my new
garage. I feel so proletariat. :>)

So, I'm faced with some new problems now. What are you guys doing
with baseboard electric heat control? I seem to remember someone making a
smart tstat for these, but now I can only find a 65$ tstat at smarthome
that basically is just a programmable stat. I'd really like OmniPro
to know the temp and control it.

I know I could just use a temp sensor and a good quality contactor to
control it, but I want some dedicated controller reliability and
backup. Does HAI make a stat that I can wire into my omnipro like
my current forced air unit?

One more question, I have one of the early releases of omnilink, I had it
running on a an NT server just fine. Can I run this on a 2003
server now? Or can I get an updated version of web link to work
with an older omnipro?

Thanks for any input.
