[Hai-users] Anbody still out there?

The electrician who installed both our HAI system and Vantage stopped 
doing security systems and at this point has retired.  Vantage's website
still has him listed as an active dealer, and I've contacted a couple of
other Vantage dealers listed in Nebraska but haven't gotten a response yet,
so who knows if they're still even in business.  We've been in the house
since 1997 and are in our mid 70's, so we're starting to think about what
needs to be done to make the house more salable, though hopefully not for 
at least 10 years.  

There's someone in Omaha who services HAI/Omni systems but he is very
hard to get in touch with and the last time it took over a month to get
him to make the trip down to Lincoln.  In the last few years we've replaced 
both of the major boards, but I'm now getting a 'battery low' message 
even though I've replace both batteries, could it be a broken wire from 
the battery to the motherboard?
