[Hai-users] Omnipro II Consoles randomly beep and display Button ###

I have a similar problem, but it is normally displaying command to turn on or off beep.  It is only one console which does this, suspect it needs to be replaced.

For the past couple of months consoles on my OmniPro II have randomly started periodically beeping and displaying Button ###.

Sometimes it is 3 beeps, sometimes 6 beeps.  Other times, 9 beeps.
It is only happening on 2 out of 4 consoles.   
When the console beeps, it displays Button 333 or Button 323 or Button 232.

None of the other consoles beep or diplsay anything when this happens.    I have replaced the consoles but it did not resolve the issue.

Suggestions?
