Hmmmm...you could order a replacement console for instance at: https://www.amazon.com/Leviton-33A00-1-Omni-Console/dp/B0002M5OUW

If you only have one console/keypad you can simply replace the one you have as it'll be Address number 1; if you have more than one keypad you'll need to determine it's address by holding the 4 + Up button simultaneously to enter it's setup menu and read the address. Let's say it's Keypad Address #2, you can now power down the panel & battery, swap keypads. On power restoral, keypads will ALL be beeping...go-to new keypad, press and hold 4+Up together and change its address! Done! It will read panel data shortly.

What keypad? Console? Hlc Scene switch?

Probably the carbon contact has wear off, I've been able to fix some by sticking aluminum tape but there is danger that it can detach and fall on electronic board and create other shorts.

You can also try to apply conductive paint to fix this, find that stuff on eBay but always wear out too...

The best I've done to fix this was to find a useless tv remote, cut the carbon pas and glue it on the defective one.

You can order together pads for hlc scene switch but not sure about the console

I have a keypad that appears to have a stuck or broken button. It will beep on and off until I finally had to disconnect it.

My installer has long since disappeared. He used to get things like this repaired. Any idea how I go about this on my own?

Thanks,
Greg
