[Hai-users] HMS 1050 board repair

I've got an OnQ/HAI HMS1050 board that continuously seizes the phone line.
HAI says it sounds like a board problem but that they don't repair those
boards anymore.

 

Is there anyone that does board level repairs of these boards?

 

Or. I can do board level component replacement if someone knows what parts
are likely to be bad for this type of problem. I've done a lot of component
replacement, it's the troubleshooting that I'm weak at J

 

I bought a used board that is working fine but I'd like to fix this old one,
if possible, and keep it around as a spare.
