[Hai-users] Replacing ALC switch with UPB

HAI is releasing a dimmable CFL dimmer.  The press release went out today. They do not have a dimmer specifically designed for LED.  Note that no dimmer on the market is guaranteed to work with all LEDs, only the bulbs that they are tested with (Lutron and Leviton).  Dimming LED is still very much the 'wild wild west.'
