[Hai-users] HAI PC Access User Settings

User settings are variables that the end user can set from a keypad or pcaccess
Instead of hard coding a value in a line of programming:
When 9:00 AM set thermostat-1 cool 78
Instead do:
When uservar1 set thermostat-1 cool uservar2
Give uservar1 and uservar2 better names
The the user can change values and times without changing the programming line
