[Hai-users] SMS Text or Email

Does anyone know what most cost affective solution is to have my OmniPro II
send an emal or SMS Text message?  I have a computer available and extra
serial port but Ethernet would be even better.  I'm running 2.16.

Also, is this still the best support list, or are there any active forums
out there?
