[Hai-users] tstat power reset

All five (5) wires (Red, Green, Yellow, White and Blue) are connected. I get a constant 27VAC between the Blue (C) wire and the Red (R) wire.

This tstat is connected to a zone control board with 2 other tstats; the other 2 tstats see 27VAC between Blue (C) and Red (R).

System has been installed around 12 years and never had a 30A00-2 power supply module. I have 2 other systems in the house, each wired with the same zone controller and each of those have 3 tstats (3 systems, each with 3 tstats for a total of 9 tstats/zones). All of those also show 27VAC between Blue (C) and Red (R).

I'll move the tstat to another location and see if it follows.

any other ideas?

just curious; does anyone have any NIB rc80 tstats laying around?

thanks
