[Hai-users] tstat power reset

If you swap out your bad one with one that you know works, and that one
works in that location, you know the tstat is bad.  I had one fail after 8
years, and I sent it back to HAI for repair.  Been working for 3 years
since.  I would also try cleaning the tstat internally if you haven't
already done that.  Try it in a different location to see if the problem
follows.  I remember that you have quite a few tstats in your configuration.
