[Hai-users] Thermostat triggers event?

I started to write the programming for 2 thermostats. I'm looking to only
allow one A/C unit to run at a time during peak energy hours. The first
thing I wanted to write was:

If Thermostat "A" is on, turn thermostat "B" off.

In PC Access I can't find any trigger type associated with the thermostat or
it's state.
