[Hai-users] Voice issue

I know that I'll need to post more information than this.  I'll do that
when I get a chance to gather it all, but I wanted to ask a quick
question to everyone.

I have the Omni Pro set up to say "welcome home" when the alarm is
deactivated.  It had been working flawlessly for about 9 months, but
recently it started acting up.  About one time in every 15 times that
the alarm is deactivated, the system does not say anything.  Since the
issue is most likely on this end, are there any things in the
programming that I need to consider?  Is there a common mistake in the
programming that I could be making?  I'm worried that if the alarm
misses that line of code, that it could miss any of them.
