Hi Brad,

I was trying not to power down the omni.

But when you said a thunderstorm........

I've rebooted the omni and now it's working.

Have you tried to power it down?
Disconnect the battery, then disconnect the transformer, leave for 30 min. 
then reconnect battery then transformer.
Let me guess, you've had a thunderstorm lately?
